Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship our designs all over the world, we use DHL or FEDEX for international orders. We use Royal Mail for regional orders.

Do you offer FREE RETURNS?
Please note we do not currently offer FREE returns, customers will be responsibe for returns shipments & cost.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number. 
If you have an account with us, you can log in anytime to check the status of your order.

How long will it take to ship?
It typically takes 1-3 business days for an ‘in stock’ order to ship. If you need further assistance, please click here to email us.

Why is my order taking longer to ship?
Shipping estimates are provided by Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Some items also have a delay of 1-2 weeks depending on demand & stock levels. We do this list information in the item description so please also recheck this before emailing us, it’s easily found and we’re sorry if you missed this at the time of ordering. If you also ordered ‘In stock’ items they would be held to one side awaiting the delayed item. 
Can I exchange my order?
If you receive your order and your choice wasn't quite right, you can exchange for an alternate  size or another item through our online returns portal (subject to stock availability).
How do I cancel my order?
You have 14 days from order date to cancel your order with us. Please do so in writing to In the case of a cancellation which has already been shipped, please visit our returns centre above and apply for a refund. Vita Grace will not pay for the return shipping of a cancelled item which has already shipped.
Can I change or amend items in my order?
Once your order has been placed, our processing team receive your purchase within 2 hours. To ensure there are no delays with your order, at this point no changes can be made. Please place a new order for any further items you wish to purchase.
Can I change my billing or shipping address before my order is shipped?
You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because we’re aiming to ship your order as fast as possible. If an item is listed with a dispatch delay then it’s possible to amend your shipping address. If your order has already been processed for shipping, you wI’ll not be able to change the address.
All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?
No we don’t, if your order was to pass security with a PO Box or BFPO address it would be subject to delays.
