Where do I find my Store Credit?
In order to use any Store Credit, you'll need to create an account with us if you haven't already. This can be set up here.
Once you have an account, your Store Credit will appear in your profile ready to use.
Please note, you will need to create your account using the same email address as your previous order from which Store Credit was issued.
How do I use my Store Credit?
Your Store Credit appears as a button in your account page, where you can find previous order overviews. From here you can choose how much of your credit you wish to spend, select part or all of your credit and then hit 'continue shopping'.
Then select items you wish to purchase and add to your basket.
Your Store Credit will now appear at the checkout, in your order summary section.
When does my Store Credit expire?
It doesn't! You can use your Store Credit anytime across any products.
Can I get a refund for my Store Credit?
Please note returns which have been initially purchased using store credit will only be refunded back to store credit (following all other returns guidelines).
